Established by amalgamation in 1995, Helix is a publicly listed biopharmaceutical company, with its common shares listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the trading symbol “HBP”. The Corporation is also listed on the OTCQX (HXBPF) and Frankfurt stock exchange (WKN 918864) and quoted on the Munich, Stuttgart and Berlin and exchanges.

Helix is focused on the development and commercialization of innovative medicines in the areas of cancer prevention and treatment. The Company also develops its products for other potential therapeutic applications beyond oncology, and works to expand upon its product development pipeline through its in-house R&D efforts and potential mergers and acquisition activities.

Helix’s core business strategy is to commercialize the drug products we develop on a royalty-bearing basis via third-party licensing arrangements, a strategy demonstrated with our first successfully launched product, Klean-Prep™. 

In addition to our R&D activities, Helix actively distributes drug-products in Canada via its drug distribution division, Rivex Pharma. Rivex distributes a wide variety of products on behalf of American and European pharmaceutical company partners.
