Helix BioPharma Corp. announces L-DOS47 scientific presentation to be made at BIT LifeScience’s 5th International Congress of Antibodies

developing drug candidates for the prevention and treatment of cancer, today announced that Helix’s
Chief Science Officer, Dr. Heman Chao, will be making a presentation relating to Helix’s L-DOS47
platform at BIT LifeScience’s 5th International Congress of Antibodies in Hangzhou, China on March 19,
2013.

Dr. Chao’s presentation, entitled, Clinical Application of Single Domain Antibodies and Its Conjugates,
will discuss the potential benefits of Helix’s DOS47 platform in the treatment of cancer. The slide
